Dr. Celeste is an international speaker, author and the leader of the Global Surrender Movement. As a trained Psychologist and Trauma Specialist she is passionate about helping others identify the beliefs that hinder their forward movement. Sherrell is an author, wellness educator and meditation guide who began practicing yoga and meditation due to her own experiences with health challenges and chronic pain. In 2020, Sherrell released a line of wellness products through her lifestyle brand, MindBody FAITH.
Marina Mukandala is the President and CEO of L.I.F.E. with Marina. She is an entrepreneur, leader, master yoga teacher, and motivational speaker. She is certified as a Baptiste Yoga Teacher. She believes that living a life that’s filled with joy, peace, and happiness is everyone’s birthright.

Bring your Bible, journal and a pen. A diffuser is also good for creating a certain mood or ambiance.
Bring yoga wear or other comfortable workout gear, tennis shoes, socks, yoga mat, etc.
All meals are included, however if you are a picky eater feel free to bring food/snacks.
Bring a blanket or other grass friendly throw. Also bring appropriate foot wear and a jacket.
Reduce your use of technology by setting a daily limit. Ask your friends and family to resist contacting you unless it's an emergency.
